1. Who we are

"RivoMarkets," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the RivoMarkets website and related services (the "Service"). "You" means the person accessing the Service.

2. What the Service is

RivoMarkets is an information and analytics service that surfaces large trades on third-party prediction markets and sportsbooks. We do not place trades or wagers, do not custody funds, and are not a broker, dealer, exchange, sportsbook, prediction market, or licensed gambling operator.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party venue you access based on information from the Service is lawful where you live.

4. Accounts

Authentication is handled by a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features require an active subscription billed through a third-party payment processor. We may offer a free trial; if your trial converts, the listed monthly fee will be charged to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via the billing portal we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the Service or its data feeds.
• Reverse engineer, attempt to derive source, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party terms.
• Share your account, automate access in ways we have not authorized, or evade rate limits.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third-party platforms, including prediction markets, sportsbooks, and infrastructure, payment, authentication, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, the accuracy of their data, or any losses arising from your use of them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software (excluding third-party data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA SHOWN IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVOMARKETS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST WAGERS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your reliance on information from the Service, your interaction with any third-party venue, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
