Who builds it and how to reach us
Rivo is built by a small team that trades prediction markets and wanted the tooling that equities and crypto traders take for granted: a tape, a record of who is on it, a way to test an idea before funding it, and execution in the same window. We run our own ingestion for both venues rather than reselling someone else's feed, and every number you see on the site comes out of that pipeline.
Three commitments shape the product. First, no custody: orders go through your own venue account and you can revoke access at any time. Second, we compute our own numbers: trader profit, win rates and strategy returns come from trades we recorded and settlements we observed, with the formulas published on the methodology page. Third, we separate signal from execution: a strategy that looks good on paper still has to clear your own caps, your own account readiness and a live quote before a dollar moves.
For support, partnership, press or a factual correction, email info@rivo.markets. If you are reporting an error in a published figure, include the page, the statement and what you believe the correct value is; corrections to research are noted on the study rather than silently replaced. Developers can start at the API docs. Never send API keys or venue credentials by email.
Frequently asked questions
Is Rivo an exchange or a broker?
No. Rivo is a trading terminal and research layer that sits on top of Polymarket and Kalshi. Orders are placed through your own venue account: a connected Kalshi API key, a connected Polymarket US account, or your own Polymarket wallet. Rivo never holds your funds.
Which venues does Rivo cover?
Polymarket and Kalshi, both ingested through venue-specific pipelines and shown in one terminal. You can filter by venue, follow traders on either, build strategies that span both, and place connected orders where your account is eligible.
What does the subscription include?
One plan at $15 a month: the live terminal, whale and tracked-trader feeds, ranked traders, strategy backtesting and paper strategies, Telegram and in-app alerts, connected trading, live Autopilot on Kalshi and Polymarket US, and the REST API and MCP server. Venue fees are separate and paid to the venue.
Where do the trader identities come from?
Polymarket trades are attributed to the wallet that signed them, so every Polymarket trade has an identity. On Kalshi, a trade carries the trader's public name where they have chosen to share it. Rivo never guesses an identity from size or timing.
Are the win rates and PnL figures real money results?
They are computed from recorded trades and real settlement outcomes, but they are paper figures: each trade is treated as filled at the recorded price and held to resolution, with no fees or slippage. The methodology page walks through every formula.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from settings at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your account cancels billing and soft-deletes your data.
Does Rivo sell user data?
No. We collect what is needed to run the service and, with your consent, first-party analytics on which public pages bring people in. The privacy policy describes exactly what is stored and for how long.
