Polymarket and Kalshi Price Alerts

Get a Telegram alert when a Polymarket or Kalshi market hits your price, when the odds move, when big money arrives and when it resolves.

Know the moment a market moves

Pick any market on Polymarket, Polymarket US, Kalshi or Gemini, tap the bell and tell Rivo what you want to hear about. Rivo watches the market around the clock and sends a message to your Telegram when it happens, with the price, the market and a button that opens it.

Every market you watch can send you five kinds of alert:

  • Price level: the market reaches a price you set, on the way up or on the way down.
  • Price move: the odds move 5, 10 or 15 points inside an hour.
  • Large trades: a big trade lands in the market, with the trader and the price they paid.
  • Activity surge: the last hour trades at three times the market's usual pace.
  • Resolved: the market settles and you learn which side won.

You turn each one on or off for every market. Watching a market you own? Turn on all five. Waiting for a better price on another? Turn on a single price level and leave the rest off.

A market reaches your price

On September 29 the market on the Fed holding rates in October traded from 32 cents to 52 cents inside one hour, on 20 large trades worth $184K. A level set at 50 cents sends the first message: the price rose to 50, the market, and where it is trading now.

The odds move fast

Late on September 22, Nithya Raman's price in the Los Angeles mayoral market went from 46 cents to 59 cents in an hour. A 10 point move alert sends the second message, with the price it started at and the price it reached.

Big money arrives

On September 26 the trader ripley86alien put $114K on Spain not winning, at 53 cents. The large trade alert names the trader, the side and the price paid, so you see who is behind the move as well as the move itself.

The five alerts you can set on any market

A new alert starts with large trades and the resolution turned on. Add price levels and a price move when you want them. Every setting is saved per market, so your election markets and your Sunday games can behave differently.

Price level

Type a price in cents and choose a direction. "Rises to 60" fires when the market climbs to 60 cents. "Falls to 35" fires when it drops to 35. Rivo confirms the price held before it sends, so every alert is a price the market really traded at.

Choose once for an entry or an exit you plan to act on a single time. Choose every time for a level you want to keep hearing about. A repeating level fires again after the price has pulled back three points and crossed a second time.

Price move

A price move alert watches the last hour. If the market is 10 points higher or lower than it was at any moment in that hour, you get one message. It then stays quiet for an hour, so a fast market sends you a handful of messages a day and never a stream.

Large trades

Every large trade Rivo records in the market reaches you as it happens. Set a smallest trade of $1K, $5K, $10K or $25K to hear only the size you care about. On Polymarket and Kalshi the alert carries the trader's name when the trade has one, and you can ask for named traders only.

Activity surge

Some of the best signals come before the price moves. When a market trades three times its usual hourly volume, something has changed: news, a lineup, a leak, a ruling. The surge alert tells you the dollar volume of the last hour and the current price, at most once every six hours per market.

Resolved

When the venue settles the market, Rivo sends the result. It is the alert people forget they want until a position pays out at three in the morning.

How often prediction market odds move

From Rivo's records for September 2026: 7,927 Yes or No markets on Polymarket and Kalshi that drew two or more large trades inside one hour, and the share that moved at least that far inside an hour.

The numbers say two useful things about how to set your alerts.

  • Sports and crypto move constantly. 42% of crypto markets and 27% of sports markets moved 10 points inside an hour. These markets are live: a goal, a touchdown or a Bitcoin candle reprices them in seconds. A price level at the number you would trade at serves you better here than a move alert.
  • Politics barely moves, so a move means something. Only 4% of politics markets moved 10 points in an hour all month. When one does, it is news. A 5 point move alert on a politics market is quiet for weeks and then tells you the one thing you needed to know.

Finance sits in between. Fed and economic data markets are calm until a release, then they jump. The Fed market above moved 20 points in a single hour on September 29.

Get notified when the odds move

A price in a prediction market is a probability. When it moves, somebody learned something or somebody is betting that they did. The alerts are built to put you in front of that move while the price is still close to where it started. Three moves from September show how each alert reads it.

  • The Fed in October. The "no change" market sat at 32 cents, then took 20 large trades in an hour and reached 52. A level at 40 would have reached you on the way up, a 10 point move alert a few trades later, and the large trade alert on each of the 20 trades behind it.
  • The Los Angeles mayoral race. In the same hour, Nithya Raman went from 46 to 59 and Karen Bass from 56 to 44. One alert on each outcome tells you both halves of the story: who gained and who lost ground.
  • Spain on September 26. Spain's price went from 48 to 65 in one hour and from 60 to 20 in the next, on $1 million of large trades, before Spain won. A level at 60 on the way up and a second at 40 on the way down would both have fired inside two hours.

Pick your price before the market gets there

A contract pays $1 if it wins, so the price you buy at and the price you sell at decide everything. The best time to choose both is before the market moves, when you are calm and the number is a plan. A price level turns that plan into a message on your phone.

Here is what an exit level is worth. If you bought at the first price and your alert fires at the second, selling there locks in this much on every $100 you put in, before venue fees:

You bought atYour alert fires atProfit on $100 if you sell there
30¢50¢+$67
40¢60¢+$50
40¢70¢+$75
50¢80¢+$60
60¢90¢+$50

A position bought at 40 cents and sold at 70 returns $75 on $100 without waiting for the result. Set the level the day you buy and the market does the watching.

Three set-ups that work

  • The entry hunter. You like a market at 45 cents and it trades at 58. Set "falls to 45", once. You hear the moment it gets there and you buy at the price you chose, not the price you chased.
  • The exit planner. You hold a position bought at 40. Set "rises to 70" to take profit and "falls to 28" to cut it, and keep the resolved alert on. Three alerts cover every way the position can end.
  • The news watcher. You follow an election and do not want to stare at it. Set a 5 point move alert, large trades from $10K with named traders only, and nothing else. Weeks of silence, then the message that matters.

Polymarket price alerts

To set a Polymarket price alert, open the market in Rivo, tap the bell and type a price. Two things make Polymarket alerts different from the rest.

  • Every outcome gets its own alert. A Polymarket election is one market per candidate. On September 22 Nithya Raman went from 46 cents to 59 in the Los Angeles mayoral race while Karen Bass fell from 56 to 44. Set a level on the candidate you care about and the alert names them.
  • Large trades come with a name. Every Polymarket trade is tied to a public wallet. When ripley86alien put $114K against Spain on September 26, the alert said so. Open the trader to see their record, and follow them if it is good.

Polymarket prices move less often than Kalshi prices. 15% of its markets moved 10 points inside an hour in September, against 36% on Kalshi. So a move alert on Polymarket is rare and worth reading when it comes. Start with 5 points. The Polymarket whale tracker shows the trades behind each move as they happen.

Kalshi price alerts

A Kalshi price alert is set the same way: open the market, tap the bell, type a price.

Kalshi is where prices move fastest, and the NFL shows why. On the night of September 28, Philadelphia started the hour at 64 cents to beat Chicago and ended it at 32, on 40 large trades worth $110K. A day earlier the Rams went from 51 cents to 66 against Denver in one hour.

For a live game, set your levels before kickoff. A move alert on a game fires on the first score and tells you what you already know. A level at the price you would buy or sell at tells you the one thing you were waiting for. On the short Bitcoin and Ethereum ranges, use a level set to every time, because the price crosses the same number several times a day.

Kalshi notifications

Rivo sends Kalshi notifications for any market you pick: it hit your price, it moved 10 points, someone bought $25K of it, it settled. They arrive on Telegram nearly instantly, and the Kalshi whale tracker shows who is trading it.

Set a price alert in under a minute

  1. 01

    Open the market

Search for it in Rivo or open it from the live feed.
  2. 02

    Tap the bell

Large trades and the result are on from the start. Add a price level or a move alert.
  3. 03

    Connect Telegram

One tap links the Rivo bot, and every alert goes to your phone.

You can watch 50 markets at once across Polymarket, Polymarket US, Kalshi and Gemini. They sit on your Alerts page next to the traders you follow. The bell there pauses a market and keeps its settings, so you can switch a game off at full time and a Fed market back on the week of the meeting.

Price alerts follow a market. To follow a trader instead, use whale alerts. To compare one market's price on every venue before you set a level, use the live odds pages.

Price alerts for developers

Every alert can go to your code. Register a webhook and each one arrives as a signed market.alert event. Set alerts over the REST API, or have an AI agent set them through the MCP server with set_market_alert. The developer documentation has the endpoints.

Frequently asked questions

How do I set a price alert on Polymarket?

Open the market in Rivo, tap the bell, add a price level and save. Choose whether you want to hear when the price rises to your number or falls to it, and type the price in cents. From then on Rivo watches the market for you around the clock. The moment it trades at your price, a message lands in your Telegram with the market, the level it hit and the price it is trading at, plus a button that opens the market so you can act on it right away.

How do I get Kalshi price alerts?

Open the Kalshi market in Rivo, tap the bell and type the price you want. It works on every Kalshi market Rivo shows: NFL and college games, tennis matches, Fed decisions, Bitcoin and Ethereum ranges, elections and the rest. Set a level before a game starts and you hear the moment the price reaches it, while everyone else is still watching the score. You can add a second level for your exit, so one market tells you when to get in and when to get out.

Can I get notified when Polymarket odds move?

Yes. Turn on the price move alert and pick 5, 10 or 15 points. When the odds move that far inside an hour, you get one message with the price it started at and the price it reached. In September the market on the Fed holding rates went from 32 cents to 52 in a single hour, and a Los Angeles mayoral candidate gained 13 points in another. A move alert puts those in front of you as they happen, on any market you choose.

Do price alerts work on Polymarket US and Gemini?

Yes. Every market Rivo shows from Polymarket, Polymarket US, Kalshi and Gemini has a bell and takes the same five alerts: a price level, a price move, large trades, an activity surge and the result. You set them the same way on each venue, and they all arrive in the same Telegram chat and the same Alerts page. One place covers every venue you trade on.

How many price alerts can I set?

You can watch 50 markets at the same time, and every one of them carries its own set of alerts. A single market takes four price levels, a price move alert, a large trade alert, an activity surge alert and a resolution alert, all running together. That is enough to cover a full slate of Sunday games, the Fed meeting, an election and your open positions at once, each with its own entry and exit prices.

How fast is a price alert?

Nearly instantly. Rivo watches every market you set an alert on in real time and sends the message the moment the price gets there. It reads the live trade feeds from Polymarket and Kalshi directly, so the alert is on your phone while the price is still where you wanted it. Every alert opens the market in one tap, with the order ticket beside it and your own account connected.

Can a price alert fire more than once?

Yes. Set a level to every time and it fires each time the market crosses it, which is what you want on a Bitcoin range or a live game where the price visits the same number again and again. Set it to once and you get a single message for the entry or exit you planned. You can mix both on the same market: a repeating level to track the action and a one-time level for the trade you intend to make.

Can I set a price alert on one outcome of an election or tournament?

Yes. Pick the outcome in the market view and add the level there. Each candidate, team or rate decision has its own price in Rivo and takes its own alerts, and the message names the outcome so you know exactly which one moved. Watch the favourite and the challenger in the same race and you see both sides of every swing, the gain on one and the drop on the other.

Do I get an alert when a market resolves?

Yes. The resolution alert is on from the moment you tap the bell, and it tells you which side won as soon as the venue settles the market. You know your position paid without opening the app or refreshing the venue. Keep it on for every market you hold and you get a clear final message for each one, alongside the price alerts that got you in.

What does it cost?

$15 a month covers everything in Rivo: price alerts on 50 markets, whale alerts for the traders you follow, every trader's record, signal bots, the terminal and the API. There are no tiers and no charge per alert. One good entry caught by a price alert pays for the month.
